I went to this Rite-Aid for a flu shot on 9/9/2022 and the people I dealt with were personable and helpful. Great experience. I wanted to respond to Heather M's review, which made me laugh and she was correct in documenting her bad experiences, especially with that combative male cashier. Thanks for clearing the store of the bad employees because all the ones I interacted with were cool. As for the ones you battled it out with, when people get too comfortable in their jobs, they can lose perspective on why they are there and act out. They are there for the customer. I don't know if the store got rid of the bad people or at corrected them, either way they lost your business and inconvenienced you by making you find another store to go to.

I like this Rite Aid because it's convenient, and they do have a nice selection of personal/beauty items, so if you need something in a hurry, you can get it. They also are able to do flu shots on Saturdays as well, and they don't have problems with my insurance. So I don't have any complaints about this Rite Aid, as far as I am concerned.

The prices are outrageous for the same brands and products you can find anywhere. Even RiteAid brands are over priced by a few dollars. The pharmacy is always short staffed. My doctor called in a prescription yesterday and after waiting in line for almost 45 mins I was told it would be 30 minutes so they can fill it. So after that it will be over another hour to actually get my medication. I shouldn't be hanging out in RiteAid for hours for one prescription especially when it was called in yesterday and I'm already in their system. I will be transferring to another pharmacy, no longer RiteAid.

Feeling so strongly about the Rite Aid on Coburg Road I decided it would be my first review ever. I have lived nearby for about 6 months and go to that store very often. Not one time have I ever had a good experience. I have worked retail, customer service and cashiering so I am sympathetic and understanding, At first I thought it was just me but after talking about it with some friends there were three other people who said the cashiers were extremely rude. I have also witnessed employees treating other customers crappy around me as well. There is a male cashier who has a bad attitude every single time I've gone in and he rang up several clearance items incorrectly, There was 75% off lowest marked price but charged me the lowest price instead, when I pointed it out he was angry and kept talking to me like I was stupid was being loud enough for other people to hear when he would respond to me which was pretty annoying because I deliberately was being quiet about his mistake as to not embarrass him. He ended up voiding the entire purchase and loudly rerang every item, he did the same thing again and so I ended up putting almost everything back. I had asked for a receipt so I could just get out of there and go over everything later and make sure I was charged the correct price on the items I did end up purchasing. And when I got home there was no receipt. Today I went back in and ask the cashier if I would be able to have yesterday's purchase looked up through my Wellness card and was told no which is confusing to me because you are able to return items with just a wellness card and no receipt. I will definitely never shop there again and I would recommend clearing out all employees and getting some that possess actual skills in customer service they are that some of the rudest people, you would think you were in Walmart lol. Also I have never stolen anything from a store and the last few times I went there I was very blatantly followed around the store at about a 3 ft distance the entire time making my shopping experience extremely uncomfortable for no reason and the fatties whispering to each about me is so pathetic I can only feel sorry for them. Jealousy is a sickness. I would give a -5 star if I could

I use the pharmacy a lot and they are efficient, pleasant and prompt and are always glad to ring up other purchases. The front-of-the-store register assistants are extremely helpful and pleasant. The prices on general merchandise are higher here than a Wal-Mart, as is true with most drug stores.

Rite Aid's prices are a little high so I don't really shop here very often.. I do however love to come here for greeting cards. They have a huge selection and they are really nice good cards to pick from. I always find something great here for what I need. I don't really use the up rewards very much bc when you get rewards they are towards your next purchase and like I said I just don't go here enough.. They have a pharmacy and a photo department which I don't use either of those. They have sales and they have a sunday ad you can see what will be on sale for that week. I came here end of christmas season looking for just the white strand clear lights and found some when even walmart didn't have any. I got 2 boxes for 1.99 each so that was a good deal..
