ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PHARMACY IN TOWNFirst app I showed up for my schedule covid vaccine...no sign they just say...not doing those today. Ok rescheduled 2 weeks later.booked a covid app for 2:40 WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR ...PATHETIC SERVICE!!

This location seriously needs to get their shit together. Getting medication refilled here and getting it back in a timely manner is unheard of. I see why online pharmacies are becoming more popular.

Had an immunization appointment at 4:40 and waited in line until 5:20 before I made it to the front only to be told I needed to go to the other window. Absolutely no signage anywhere saying this but fortunately one of your smart a** Junior college pharmacy techs said they are on the floor you should have seen that...of course I should have seen something on the floor 20+ feet from the line...do not go to this rite aid, or any rite aid for that matter, I'll never go to this joke of a store again and only rite aid if every other pharmacy on the planet is gone

This place is horrible! Tried to get my prescriptions on a Sunday a couple of weeks ago. The lady receptionist at the pharmacy told me they were not ready and I can come back on Monday and they will be ready. I went back on Monday, and she told me not ready again. A lady pharmacist explained that she had to order for both prescriptions, and I can come back the next day after 3pm, and they will definitely be ready. To be safe, I went back the day following the next day. I also tried to call before I went in, but nobody answered the phone. Unfortunately, a guy receptionist told me they are still not ready, and they do not have an estimate when they will be!!! So I went in three times trying to pick up my prescriptions , but failed. Every time I had to wait in line for over 10 minutes and just to be told they are not ready, not to mention the time I spent on the road! The last guy's attitude was really bad too. Do not know how such a horrible place could still be running. I called rite aid customer service to file a complaint, and the lady who received the phone call told me she notified the upper management and they will give me a call, but two weeks now, I heard nothing. I guess rite aid corporation just does care about customer service! Will not use this pharmacy again!

My partner and I had booster shot appointments scheduled for today (we made the appointments back in November) and when we showed up for our appointments the pharmacy had just decided they were closing at 6pm, when our first appointment was supposed to be at 6:40pm. No notice, no rescheduling option - just closed. The lady working there (by herself it seemed) was nice but seemed exasperated, sounds like this is not the first time they've just decided to close early with no notice to anyone. Very inconsiderate.

The staff are friendly. They are always super busy, but if you let them know you're coming in they'll take care of your needs immediately. They are professional and truly act as a liaison between patients and doctors office in the pharmacy. Also, the best vitamin deals you'll find in town. Also right off the freeway which is convenient.

Im really not sure why people haven't rated this at least average as in it is a fine store. Nothing stupendous but does the trick. First of all im not sure how they stay upenn because there never seems to be more than a few people in here at a given time. But im very happy they are. We come here often for prescriptions. It's nice to have a place close that is open a lot! They have some weird rules like...I was turning in a prescription for my mom... not picking it up just turning it in. They required all of my information... as in all of it. Um why?? You're not giving me any medication im just a delivery girl essentially to give the script to you to fill. I would absolutely understand if I was picking anything up...The aisles are clear, clean and accessible. Most of the time I feel they are fully stocked. Service overall is ok. When I lived in eugene I liked coming here on holidays to get specials etc..
