If I could give a negative star I would... Management Poor Attitudes, days and days of no mail delivery's to our house... package updates with nothing but lies. Lea ing packages in the rain and then not delivering items the next day in the same weather .... Government employees with no integrity or accountability.... Even if you go to this location for answers they will just lie to your face.

Rating 1 star due to Randy. Although he is nice, he is not efficient and the reason the lines are backed up. The time it takes Randy to help one person, Elizabeth has helped 5+. This is a management issue.

Long line during the holidays but only had to wait about 10minutes even though it was packed! Super nice employees despite the holiday rush!

I’ve honestly had the worst experience with usps in Eugene specifically the west side. They are highly disorganized. When I moved I went in immediately to start the process of new mail keys. The original guy I talked to told me 5-6 days then misplaced the paper preventing the supervisor to getting it into the system before his vacation. I wasn’t offered to hold my mail, as it wasn’t going to be needed had their timeline been attentive. I checked a few more times to get another false timeline. Then again all this timeline and hassle could have been avoided if they simply didn’t put one on. It’s far easier to be slightly upset it takes so long then to be told repeatedly different times it should be done. I get short staffage, but it’s been a month. This is a government ran building. Not the McDonald’s ice cream machine. Get organized or get new employees whatever you need to do. Springfield doesn’t have as much of advantage when it comes to staying on top of the city’s demand but they sure don’t tell you “you been a victim of a glitch”.

The Westside Post Office went above & beyond in their job!! I highly recommend USPS, very knowledgeable & reliable!!

The delivery drivers here are utter garbage. They're either stealing packages, or so bitter about their jobs that a developmentally delayed chimpanzee would be an improvement. Multiple times they've lied and said they attempted delivery when they never did. Funny how the small cheap things always make it but the big and more costly don't.

I just tried to put a small envelope in the drive-up mail box for stamped mail in front of this PO--and mail is literally hanging out the top of it. The only number I have for this PO is the national toll-free line, a joke. There is no way to tell them about this other than walking in during COVID. They just closed anyway. With people's mail sticking out of their mailbox.
