Not friendly. Every time l stop to visit l get cold ignored stares from staff. But l just keep visiting I am interested in upgrading to a Harley soon.Checking out other dealers up north. ?

I really like the bike but I loved the people. I almost bought a Triumph but came back to Harley because Mark my salesman was so GREAT! Everyone I spoke with; Joshua, Brian, Mikayla everyone in the place made me feel comfortable and I am not a typical Harley guy. The social aspect is a huge reason I went with Harley and everyone made me feel very welcome. I’d give them six stars if I could!

Touring from Alberta, Canada my bike had engine issues and no other dealership was able to help us out. Tony, Shannon and Scott were awesome they got us in and back on the road as fast as they could. Highly Recommend Williamette Valley Harley Davidson!!!

Love going to the Harley Shop. What an improved atmosphere! We were all in there, my 3 children and they had our 3 grandchildren. They got to sit on the bikes and start them up. We have a clan of Harley riders. Ask for Chris if you go in!

If you must deal here Document all dealing with this business. They have taken advantage of people and do not care to correct their own mistakes. They are rude and unprofessional once you have a problem with their service.

I've been coming here many years. Lots of knowledge in parts department, always helpful. The service department can be hit or miss. They get super busy at times, but they do their best to please customers! Delivery service driver is awesome. He backed my bike in my garage as I had a bum knee!

Went down to Harley today and extended my service plan. It was a great experience and I can’t say enough about how fantastic all the employees are, especially Laurel, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and always has.
