Very disappointed showed up at 6 pm to buy my daughter a home coming dress , for next weekend and the store is closed 3 hours early .wasted all that time and gas to have to go back the next day .I'm hoping it's not the same tomorrow .this was on Oct 3, 2025.Thats bad for business.

drove far away from here just to encounter girl with horrible attitude when trying to to make a return didn't give me refund due to not having the email correct in there system for the prices they charge you think they teach their employees better customer service.

People that work here seem to genuinely love their job and that’s so hard to find. Aero (I think that’s her name) has helped me the last few times I’ve been there and is super sweet, offers to help, is attentive to the fitting rooms, and just seems so genuine in her interactions. When I came in today she remembered the cute birthday top I had gotten with her weeks back and THAT is how you make a customer feel special. Thank you 😊

We tried returning an item bought at the Valley River store in Eugene OR that was purchased over the holidays and the transaction failed on the Visa machine for some unknown reason ( the card worked just moments before at another store) . Regardless, we had a store receipt for the item but the clerk refused to return the item for cash or even store credit and became agitated when we questioned the store policy for returns. She accused us of harassing her and told us to “get out of the store” or she would call security! We asked her to call security because we were confused why this had escalated to this level. She pretended to call but didn’t. We asked to speak with the manager but she wouldn’t let us speak to her. She said she called the manager and was told there was nothing she could do for us.Our argument was we had a receipt and that legitimized our request for a refund regardless of how the item was paid for initially. What if we had lost our Visa card or the item was given as a gift? What shocked us was the hostility of the clerk and the unwillingness to treat us with respect and as honorable customers. Maybe she was having a bad day as she complained of being the only one working that day. However, there was no excuse for her behavior. She claimed to be a manager in training. If this is the quality of person chosen to be management material then we won’t ever shop at Windsor again. We are business owners ourselves in this community and would never treat our customers that way or tolerate an employee with such an attitude. We would appreciate a response.

Great customer service at this shop that is mainly aimed at young folks! I wandered in here with a friend looking for some holiday attire. I thought it was a new chain store until she told me it has been around at least since the 80s. I guess there's a reason they've lasted this long! The fast fashion is a bit like that of Forever 21 but the price points are a smidge higher. I had not tried anything on in this store before and so this time brought several items to the fitting room. I decided on a couple of items, one of which I was looking for another color. One of the floor associates asked me if I needed any help and when I showed her what I was looking for, she went and grabbed exactly what I wanted and brought it over to me. I was not expecting such a helpful associate who was well versed in their product! Great work!

This store has so many selections of beautiful dresses so my daughter and I went to look for a homecoming dress. There were quite a few people shopping and thankfully they have a lot of fittings rooms. Found the dress and shoes within half an hour and went to check out. This is where they lack, it appears only two people were working, one as a cashier and one putting dresses back in the racks. The person in front of me needed to special order a dress and the computer was being difficult, my daughter and I waited next in line. After 15 minutes of difficulty, the cashier never acknowledged anyone that was in line(now at least seven people are waiting) the other employee nowhere to be found. My daughter finally begged that we just come back another day to get the dress and shoes and even though I warned her we could risk it not being there should we leave now, she still wanted to leave.Both the dress and shoes were gone and the dress was unavailable online, so we bought a dress off Amazon. Sort of spoils the mommy/daughter moment I was hoping for.

Customer service needs serious work. I understand being short staffed, but getting angry at customers when they use your dressing rooms without someone guiding them in is just unnecessary. Then ignoring them after making direct eye contact while they’re waiting at the register? Not cool.

What kind of store won't let you exchange the size of a dress that you just bought? Not asking for a return simply wanted to exchange the size. Poor example bof customer service!
