wish i could review on their actual service, but the two separate occasions on which i tried to use radio cab i was given very inconsistent information which led me to cancel and order an uber instead. the second (and final) time i attempted to use radio i had scheduled a pickup in advance only to be told later by dispatch that they couldn’t guarantee a pickup window. i was traveling at night with a child, i didn’t want to be abandoned in portland. the uber was half of the estimated cost of the radio cab, both times. glad others have had a good experience but i did not.

Its close to where our warehouse is but the dam computers at time aren't able to read my fuel card. I have no problems with the other card locks

Waited over an hour for them to pick us up. We called Vancouver Cab and they were there in 10 minutes. Radio Cab still hadn't shown up. Their automated system doesn't work so good. And the one time I got thru to a real person they were terribly rude.

I called and made an appointment for a cab on 5/6 for a ride home from the airport. Showed up an hour late and I had to call 3 to 4 times after I was told they would be at the airport at the time I chose. The driver gave too many excuses for being late and but did a good job driving me home. I did not leave a tip which I felt bad about and asked if he could take a tip out of the cost of the ride (which, of course, he couldn't). I wasn't going to tip bad service. Radio cab's customer service is awful, they just don't care. I feel sorry for their drivers.

I used their app to book a cab seven hours in advance. Included flight info. As provided on the app. Ap verified cab. Received text just as we were landing saying I should call when I had my bags. Sounded fine. I called when I had my bags they said they would send a cab. I waited at the cab curb for twenty min. When no cab came, not even at the booked time from the original booking I called again and this time the operate was angry that I had even called because they didn't have a cab available and then without asking hung up and cancelled the cab leaving me stranded at 1:45am. The app was useless. Why had I even bothered. I could have got straight into a cab at the airport without ever even waiting. They left a women alone in the middle of the night, who has paid in advance for the ride. What a bunch of jerks. Don't use their app. Don't trust them. Don't call them. There are several very good cab companies in Portland who will not charge you an arm and a leg for service. At the airport there are always, I have since discovered, cabs at the cab station eager to give a ride. While I waited for Rose City six cans had been available for my use, while I waited for a no-show. Terrible inexcusable, dangerous service. They deserve a zero.

The hotel we stayed at didn’t provide a shuttle to the airport so I was going to use Lyft or Uber but my son-in-law said he had seen good reviews about radio cab. We were very impressed. I called the evening before and set a time and I got text confirmation, and text confirmation when the cab left with the ability to track it and they got there 10 minutes early. And it was cheaper than Lyft or Uber. Great car. The whole experience was great. Very dependable
