When more businesses prioritize stellar service, it creates a ripple effect of positive outcomes
I wish that a lot more companies in this country would follow CVS's example and offer the type of service it provides.

Fast service and our prescriptions are never out of stock, unlike some previous experiences I've had at Safeway and Fred Meyer. 10/10, I would recommend Fairview Target CVS, they are awesome! (but don't bother with the Clackamas location - they are rude and lazy).

Avoid coming here any further. I had a 11 yr relationship with CVS but services and courtesy has totally tanked. Especially avoid Heather! She is repellant in her customer care. She claimed that because I asked for a vacation override that I was breaking the law and committing insurance fraud. I have spoken to corporate about her ignorance and behavior yet she still stands here doing her public disservice. Change pharmacies! You’re warned!

Update: Will be changing pharmacy's as the staff clearly do not care about thier customers. Still cant get through on the phone, attitude is worse than ever in person. When trying to figure out an issue on there end the amount of sighing, huffs of annoyance, and eye rolling attributed after every question I asked was easily made to make me feel like an inconvenience. Telling me im holding up the line when I'd only been there for ten minutes after coming back a SECOND day due to said issue is absurd. If you are short staffed it is not on the customers fault, I tried to help by giving you ample time to fix it. I will not be making that same mistake again.
This past month has been awful, no one answers the phone. I was waiting on hold for 45 minutes this morning alone. It took less time to drive there and check in person than it did to call. I am not wasting gas every time I have to check on my prescriptions.

Unable to ever contact by phone, awful customer service. Pharmacists get upset with you and treat you poorly for needing additional help or information on prescriptions.

I don't appreciate being talked to like I'm dirt beneath anyone's feet! I deserve RESPECT. CVS needs to teach employees to RESPECT customers!

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to I tried calling four times two of the times they just hung up after I sat there on hold for 10-20 minutes each time most pharmacies fill your prescription as soon as they receive them this place does not

This pharmacy never answers their phone. I have to drive in and wait in line anytime there is an issue. They are understaffed and do not care about customers service. God forbid I needed to reach the pharmacist with a problem or issue after picking up my meds. They never answer their phone, I tried multiple times and after being on hold for more than 45 minutes gave up. They only care about making money not customers or they would staff appropriately. Changing pharmacies.

10-20 minute hold times to speak with anyone! Then 60%of the time they don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for 3 days! Very inconvenient and quite frankly could be dangerous. People need their medications in a timely manner. I’m ready to change my pharmacy.

They do NOT answer the phone. For 3 days I've called and waited on hold for almost an hour to eventually have to give up because the pharamacy will not answer. I can't figure out if I can pick up my medication.
