Never been inside, I use terminals just for parking, this is a small yard, but I showed up at midnight on a Monday and there's still plenty of spaces.

The Tulare yard here is wonderful, I've never met so many nice people all in one place before, they truly make you feel like you're a family member, this place is very dear to me, AND I do feel safe when I'm here.
