I'd like to state that Brian with Strada Financial did an excellent job in preparing my 2023 taxes. We were referred to him by my brother. Even though he was thoroughly booked , he made a spot for us! He is knowledgeable , very experienced and easy to work with! We look forward to keep working with him on taxes and possibly future investments!

I was referred to Strada Financial Group by a trusted business associate in need of a reliable tax professional. My initial connection with Brian Harris over the phone was positive, and he handled my taxes for the past three years. However, my overall experience has fallen far short of expectations.This past summer, I received communication from Multnomah County that I had not filed for a previous local business tax year. This prompted numerous calls and emails to Strada, with minimal response. Expressing my disappointment in the lack of communication resulted in a prolonged back-and-forth. While the issue was eventually resolved, reaching out always made me feel like an inconvenience.On December 1st of this year, I received an email informing me that they could no longer service all of their current clients and were letting me go. The timing, waiting until December, and the impersonal communication via email were highly unprofessional. Additionally, despite being informed that their tax services were for financial clients, I was never asked about any financial planning needs.Inquiring about their client release process brought forth a barrage of excuses. As a loyal client dealing with the unexpected loss of my father, I anticipated that my tax situation might be more challenging. Now, I am compelled to find an alternate accountant, adding stress to an already difficult situation.The lack of personalized communication throughout this experience has intensified my frustration with Strada Financial Group's services. Overall, my encounter with them has been extremely disappointing, marked by communication issues and an abrupt termination of services. I had anticipated better professionalism and consideration for their clients.

My wife and I were promised a review of our small business finances by Strada to potentially become clients, We waited two months with no reply and when we finally got in touch with Strada (after days of calling and leaving messages) we were given excuses as to why they could not take us on as a client.Don't waste your time with these folks, they're too busy to take on new clients and too cowardly to be up front about that fact with potential clients.

This is the 3rd year I’ve employed Stradato do my taxes. After a personal Get To Know You interview, they notify you when to get started collecting tax info; they notify you when it’s time to turn it in to them; they call you and make an appointment for their report of the work they’ve completed. If you’ve done your part, sit back and relax!!! Of course you have to pay for their services, but it’s worth it. They’ll see me again next year!!

He has honestly been an intrinsic segment of my life: Jobs, business, family, investments, and the myriad of changes that affect our taxes and long term planning. last year i had to call to get my materials after jan, this year i had to call to get my completed forms 5 weeks after my appointment. and $50 increase this year for this fine company.

Susan Martin has been our tax preparer for 10 years and we love her. Strada is good with reminders and offering great information, so I can arrive at our appointment prepared. This year we have been disappointed. Susan seemed to be way overwhelmed with the volume of returns. Our taxes have always been completed in a week to 10 days. This time it was 6 or 7 weeks.Plus the cost increased by 35.00. We may reconsider next year.

I started using this business back when they were Gorge Capital, and continued after they changed their name to Strada. Without a doubt, the financial professionals at Strada have delivered fantastic service at a great price, making what would otherwise be a stressful time (tax time) into a wonderful experience. But it doesn't end with just taxes. If you need retirement planning or otherwise sound financial advice, they do that too! I would happily recommend them to anyone thinking about using, needing, or starting to use a tax service or financial planning. I've always gotten the maximum refund due me because they check everything, and cross the t's and dot the i's. Give them a try!

Strada did my taxes this year for the first time. They were easy to work with, quick and thorough. I love that financial advise is part of what they do as well, which will help me long term. Seamless process. HIGHLY recommend them for tax preparation and financial advising!
