The woman who delivers the mail for them is VERY lazy!! She refused to deliver a show rack not once but twice saying she needed an access code and than tried delivering it to my mail box when in reality she never attempted to deliver the package at all or follow delivery instructions. This went on for 4 days and another lady said she does it all the time were she won’t deliver the packages she supposed to.
I ended up filing a complaint and hopefully they get someone in there willing to do the job they are paid for.

Custom service was terrible, delivery drivers are lazy and won't walk up the stairs to deliver the packag, just puts note in mailbox saying couldn't deliver package. Called to have my package redelivered the never did. Had to go pick it up myself.They need to DO BETTER!

Nice and east. Went in on a weds at 4. 2 staff members that were nice, easy going and knowledgeable.

I ran in at 8:55 in the morning they opened at 9:00 and there was already a line. LOL anyway I was the third person in line and I paid my $170 for the full year of a post office box. The clerk was very courteous and sweet and she advised that they were already short one person for the day. Anyway great little post office in Fairview.

The older asian woman is extremely rude all the time for no reason. I usually just take the abuse and move on with my day as most should to save time and energy, but this time was different. The woman was helping someone, i got in line behind her, as i walked in with my slip for package pick up, she looks at me and says “Let me see” while making direct eye contact, so i go to hand her my slip, she then gets angry and says “I am not talking to you!!!! I am helping someone else!!!!” before i could even get a complete sentence out to apologize for the confusion because i thought she was talking to me, she continues to just say “I AM NOT TALKING TO YOU, YOU NEED TO WAIT, I AM NOT TALKING TO YOU” I was so thrown back. It was really not that serious for her to get instantly aggressive like that. another very nice employee helped me and i was just fed up with the treatment and discrimination from this lady, i requested a manager. Manager in disbelief laughs in my face and says that’s her “best employee”. No apologies or anything. I will be sure to request anyone else except this joke of a human. Learn how to respect people and treat people like human beings or get a different job.

This is a joke of a post office. They don’t have a self service machine and they can’t print a prepaid shipping labels for you. WHAT KIND OF POST OFFICE CANT PRINT PREPAID SHIPPING LABELS???? THAT IS WHAT THEIR ENTIRE JOB IS!!!

Hurray! My mail is being delivered in my PO BOX.Previosly, a item was returned to a company that had charged $199 illegally twice on my credit card. The incorrect tracking number pink letter was left in my box and after requesting the items returned receipt/tracking number and info: I was able to finally get my $199 back last Sunday.In the process,I didn't make friends at the post office because of that fiasco.

I have always had pleasant, competent experiences with this post office over the years. They answer their phones, give accurate information, and are polite. So I usually choose to do business here over other locations in the portland area.

Every time I go here I get stuck with an employee who is rude, short and just mean. Her answers are condescending, and she’s not helpful at all.
