Recently took my Jeep to fix a noise from the axle. I was very happy with the work that Russ and Joel had done, we’ve ended up replacing almost everything under the frame haha. I highly recommend ACR for any car repairs or upgrades!

Had an radiator hose spring a leak and stopped by ACR in the middle of the afternoon. The staff was incredibly helpful and their pleasant attitude helped ease the anxiety we felt over the car. They immediately got us a replacement part and installed it and we were on our way in only an hour. Amazing service and a family run business.

Russ is the best mechanic I have used . He diagnoses problems in a thorough and professional manner . He has a wonderful sense of humor and the highest degree of integrity. I highly recommend ACR automotive !!

I was recently stranded on the side of the hwy a bit north from ACR for a few days with no help from any shop within a 70 mile radius.Joel took time out of his busy day to walk me through my entire ignition system VERY clearly, he managed to get my 1982 Vanagon up and running after being on the phone with me for almost two hours!This shop is a Life saver and I couldn’t be more thankful for Joel and his knowledge.He is an absolute gold mine!I would recommend anyone to him with the utmost certainty that he will do a great Job! Thanks again Joel you’re a one in a million type of guy!

Jarad took time out of his busy day to evaluate or friends 1992 Lincoln Town Car, he was professional, experienced and explained the issue with the engine to our out of state friend to needed expert opinion. The oil pressure on my 2003 Tahoe suddenly dropped to almost zero over the Thanksgiving weekend. I was desperately trying to find someone to just take a look at it but every shop was too busy to even speak with me. I limped into ACR and the owner (Joel) and his son were both at the front counter. They were busy as well but both took the time to discuss what was probably going on with my car. Joel went as far as taking my Tahoe for a drive and giving me suggestions for how I could get it home to Portland without doing any more damage. Bottom line: I was very stressed out over this unexpected problem and they were both very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my Tahoe (with 368K) probably isn't worth what the repair requires but they were both up front (and correct) about that as well. Just having someone who was willing to take a drive with me and listen to the engine was extremely comforting. When I got home my mechanic of 25 years (who sold me Tahoe years ago) told me that Joel knew what he was talking about with regard to the suggestions he had to get me home. He told me I shouldn't hesitate to use them again if I'm in Florence.I want to thank Joel and his son again for all of their help.

about 3ish yrs ago my car broke It got towed to acr they did a computer scan but I remembered it was still under factory warranty I called them to get it towed to the dealership and they didn't charge me for the service they preformed I was very grateful so I just had them do pm's done on it and she(Tammy) helped me even more. ACR I'm very thankful

Absolutely the best shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Our Fire department had an ambulance break down near there. Had it towed to the dealer and the dealer wouldn’t work on it because it was too big for them. It’s an F450 weird. Called ACR and they said we can work on it. Towed it over to them and they started on it within hours. They took good care of our crews while they waited.This is the best family owned and operated, honest, integrity, and value based business! These people were amazing! We're traveling along the OR. Coast, a long way from home, and they reorganized their scheduled appointments to help us get back on the road. Not only did they diagnose and fix our truck quickly, for a reasonable cost, but they provided transportation back to my RV and back to their shop when my truck was fixed. Thank you ACR! Your customer service is unparalleled and appreciated.
