“Called Bales Appliances at 6:30 pm on Wednesday and Mike texted me at 7:30 am Thursday requesting the make and model number of our disabled washing machine and our address. Sent it to him right away and he was here at 9:15 am and had it fixed by 10 am. Very responsive and am very happy with his service and the price. Best appliance service I've ever had. Highly recommend!”
