“We were wanting to replace our rental house refrigerator because my partner is 6 ft. 5 in. tall and the old fashioned top freezer/bottom fridge was just problematic for us. We can't afford a new one so I went to Bales' website and lucky for us, there was a nice looking Maytag fridge top/freezer bottom unit for sale at a very reasonable price. I called them up and Mike asked me to come and look at it before buying. I drove out and his very nice wife, Cara, helped show it to me and showed me the test paperwork showing the before refurbishing and after refurbishing test results. I agreed to buy it and got on the schedule and a few days later Mike brought it out and helped move the old unit into our landlord's garage. We couldn't be happier with our Maytag fridge and am so pleased to know who to call when we have appliance issues. Very professional and fair people!!!”
