“I was driving to California and started having issues with my van. After checking with several other shops in Florence, I pulled into ACR. Tammy was amazing! She talked to her, retired husband, Joel and he took time out of his day to check out my van. He wasn’t able to fix it that day, but fixed me up enough to get me to California and back, with no charge. I have an appointment with Joel this week, who is retired, but their shop is so busy, he is going to work on my van. I can’t say enough good things about this shop!
Tammy is so very helpful and friendly! Joel was amazing, explaining what was going on with my van, so I understood what the issue was and why I could still drive it safely. My new favorite auto shop!!”

“We were traveling on vacation and had an issue with exhaust system and dealer quoted over $1800 to fix. Contacted Gerad at Muffler Works and he fit me in and replaced damaged part of exhaust and fixed bent bracket. Cost $150 and had me out in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend. Quality work.”

He answered my questions well and was able to provide replacement for tire pressure light significantly cheaper than the dealership offered. The time for all the services was very reasonable. The top on my 2003 BMW Z4 had completely given up on life, but thanks to these guys, it’s back in action with all-new components. What really blew me away, though, was the customer service. Klaus is an absolute rockstar. He answered multiple emails from me both before I bought anything and while I was elbow-deep in the install.
Between Klaus’s patience and their killer installation video, I actually managed to finish the job without throwing any tools across the garage. The video made a potentially nightmare DIY job completely straightforward.
