This place is great!! The food is very good, the view is spectacular, and the beer and wine selections are unbeatable. I would recommend this place to anyone passing through Florence.

Love the open atmosphere here and the great scene of the river. At times, you can smell freshly caught crabs cooking too outside. Great selection of wine. Live music the times a week and looking to expand that.

I was there about a week ago for lunch with my husband and father. My dad lives in Florence and I always eat lunch here when possible. It is under new ownership and I was thrilled with everything! We got there early before the lunch rush and I was able to take some photos before lots of locals began to pour in. Many people comment on the previous owners' curmudgeonly way...but he's gone. And everyone on our day was a delight. We had the French Dip sandwich (heaven!) and a Cubano. They also had my favorite beer on tap - Elysian Space Dust, so that was a must. There are more tables for dining now, and there is a great wine room. I need to hit that next time.Keep it up!!!! I promise to come back frequently.

We stopped by yesterday for lunch and had the best tomato bisque I've ever had and that's saying something. That along with a grilled cheese and we had a great post Thanksgiving nostalgic lunch. Tomato soup and grilled cheese, all American comfort food on a chilly day. Not sure why someone said they are closed though as they surely are not! We will be back.

I have visited this place occasionally for a hot dog or biscuits and gravy. Nothing exciting, but the view is pretty from the deck. I will not be back and am so very disappointed in the lack of customer service I have seen in all other restaurants in Florence.My daughter and I stopped in so I could get cash for the farmers market and my daughter could use the restroom. We were told she could not use it unless we purchased lunch and they pointed to outhouses way across a big parking lot. I offered to buy an expensive cookie, but was advised it had to be lunch.. without exposing personal details, my daughter needed a restroom immediately..This lack of customer service, especially when you have nothing special to offer, is unacceptable if you want to remain in business.

Stopped in Florence for a quick bite, grabbed a Ruben from here and it was delicious. Will absolutely be coming back.
