I felt like they didn't really care and suddenly don't take Trillium anymore. Pretty strange.... going elswhere.

Was just in, suddenly won't take Trillium anymore, I perceived it like they thought I was stupid for thinking my meds should be covered. 3 weeks ago no problem. Offered a "discount card" when other pharmacies literally bill my insurance. I'm not playing those 3rd world country games anymore with the "we arent contracted anymore". I'm done being sent in circles with this crap. I have insurance, my meds should be covered. PERIOD. So now I have to switch pharmacies AGAIN just to get this hopefully billed right. Its ridicolous honestly and as a European I have never experienced such "playing games" with peoples medication and money. Florence Pharmacy, no thank you. This is insanely stupid.

the best pharmacy in town doesn't mean anything at all in Florence, Oregon. where all of the other pharmacies in town have an issue with my prescriptions every single time, this pharmacy has problems almost every single time.
issues *almost* every single time is still negatively affecting my health & nearly killing me. i wouldn't be surprised if they *have* killed people. multiple times they have told me that they never received a prescription that they were supposed to have filled hours beforehand. sometimes it's on a Friday & then they close for the weekend without filling what they're supposed to.
they don't receive prescriptions bc they have issues with their system that they refuse to fix. this happened years ago but i figured that they had time to fix the issue & i need to not have to travel to a different town during bad weather just to get medication i should be able to get here. either way, my health is threatened (either we drive in unsafe conditions, or i don't receive necessary medication).
supposedly they had fixed the problems, but that's obviously not true, because i'm going without my medication again unless i go to urgent care AGAIN and go all the way to Eugene for my prescription. even if i do that, i will not get it tonight. some of the people who work there are really nice & helpful, but some of them are rude & try to push blame away from the pharmacy while not actually fixing the problem.
i suggest going to an entirely different town for your prescriptions if you're here - because this is the "best" you'll find here & the "best" could kill you.

Grumpy. Not very service oriented, even simple questions! The unfriendliest technician from the closed Rite Aid is now here. Great. I guess with limited pharmacy service left in town, they really seem to have the attitude to like it or lump it. Crowded space.

Compassion chip necessary for pharmacy work seems to be missing.
Couple of winners in here…descending scale bad to worse!
If they don’t like their job go get another instead of making customers uncomfortable

The drive-through is very convenient. Their off brand vitamins and over the counter medications are very reasonably priced. They have some very cool gift ideas as well. We are very happy with this pharmacy

Doors to lobby locked in middle of business day when claiming to be open

I see several complaints from November-ish about the lobby being locked. The part the gripers conveniently left out is that over half of the staff was out sick for two weeks and the few remaining couldn't have both the drive-through and the lobby open. The remaining staff was doing an amazing job and dogs still got their cookies at the window!!The pharmacy is closed from 1-1:30 and they have to close the drive through at 12:30 to ensure that everyone has been helped by 1:00. Everyone can still walk in between 12:30 and 1:00. ☺️

Love the drive-thru. Have been to every pharmacy in Florence. FP is the best!

Always short staffed, always trying to get people to use the drive thru and they literally lock the doors of the pharmacy in the day during office hours. And…They close for lunch everyday 12.30-1.30pm ?♂️Never seen anything like it…anywhere.

Too many times the lobby is closed during business hours. I don’t drive and have to walk to pick up prescriptions and it’s not fair to list the business as open and then lock the doors.

We have used this pharmacy for years. They are always professional and caring to us. They know us now so we are welcomed like family, which is lovely. They have been slammed with the closure of two pharmacies here in town and things have changed, as we should expect. I was told that they have over 1000 new customers wanting meds! So, I can completely understand that we may have to wait a bit for service. As far as safety is concerned, these people are always ON TOP of safety with distancing, masking, and hand cleaners. They are the best in our book!! Wouldn't trust anyone else in town.
