My truck was making alot of noise like metal banging and they told me to bring it right in even though I didn't have an appointment ,they discovered it had two broken spark plugs and was missing firing badly,they did a full tune up on it in 6 hours and it fixed the problem quickly,i was renting a car and they got my truck in and out very fast so i could take the rental car back, excellent service and very nice management,I will take my truck there and RV from now on

These guys are great. Carl explains and corrects my misunderstandings...thank you. They got my Motorhome done before it was expected. He even cleaned off the back where all the road grime accumulated, before I picked it up. I'll be using them again when I need something fixed.

Stopped to get bearings repacked. Did a great job, reasonable price. Their inspection caught a problem with the brakes wire which they also fixed. Highly recommend for professional skilled service.

Fixed camping worlds mess up which was improper placement of the fully for the breaking system. This would have been the fourth time I would have taken it in, and replaced a break away switch because it was bad when they tested the system.
Fair prices and great people. My new rv store for repairs for sure.

While camping in Florence - approximately 160 miles away from my home - my key fob unexpectedly broke apart and I found myself effectively stranded. After being quoted an astonishing $475 for a replacement key, I decided to call AAA to be towed instead. The closest business they were contracted with was Florence RV & Automotive. The driver (Nick) arrived in under an hour after my call and was helpful, professional, efficient, and kind. And not only that - he was able to suggest a way for me to save money as well. I am beyond grateful for his help in a stressful situation and I can't thank him enough!

Fuel pump went out and these guys came to the rescue. Towed it in on a Friday and had it back on Monday as promised. Left them some cookies to show our appreciation!

I would never recommend this business to anyone but ESPECIALLY older, single women.
They lied to me and to my insurance company and overcharged me, charged me a 2nd time for what they assured me they had done the first time.
They said they took pictures, but then refused to give them to me or my insurance company until they were paid all the money they were demanding and then they were useless.
Horrible people! I wish I had read the reviews before I let them do what they did and didn't do!
They should be ashamed! I am still waiting for a receipt showing I paid them in full for the money they took from me. I asked several days ago after I paid them, despicable people and a horrible way to do business.
