Great customer service! I used Florence Shipping Solutions to send 5 boxes back to NJ, after my mom passed away. After UPS damaged one of the boxes in transit, Joe (either the owner or manager) of Florence Shipping Solutions was amazing, helping me through the process of filing a claim with UPS, and communicating with me every step of the way, until the claim was resolved.
