Everyone at Hyak is professional, friendly, and made every effort to resolve any issues we were having with our wi-fi installation. They worked to find the problem which took a few days, but once it was found they were prompt to fix it. Shoutout to Nick, John, and Alexis!

Would not help me with a 10-minute repair to a $150 headset. Lost any hope of service for my three high-end gaming rigs. The person who answered the phone and arranged the contact with the tech was professional, if discouraging.

Be VERY careful when getting a quote for repairs. They quoted us one thing then charged another then explained it by saying they were sorry they were mistaken.
