If I could give zero stars I would. Nearly all machines were inoperative. My green card, which has a balance, would not work. The floor was littered with so much trash I expected to see rodents scurrying around. The place was empty of customers so I packed my laundry up and went to the 37th st laundry. Cleaner. Operational machines. Very busy place.

Where are the owners? This place is so dirty inside and all but two dryers work. It writes that they're replacing machines but haven't in almost a year now

Absolutely disgusting!
This place is filthy and hasn't been cleaned in a very long time!
Machines barely work and there was a guy cussing out the dryer for not drying his clothes.
The owners are pitiful to let their business go like this.

10% of machines “work”, though not well. It’s filthy and no restroom or showers. The dryer barely dries. I am in a position where it’s not feasible for me to go to the other laundromat in town, though I really wish I could. This place is the worst ran business I’ve ever seen in my life.

Go to the other laundromat!! Half the washers don't work, no attendant on duty so you can't use the restroom or take a shower (at least on a Saturday or Sunday when I came here)...and the washers that do work are questionable. I haven't even made it to the dryer yet. Also, it's very dirty.

The few machines that are on seem to work fine. No attendant on duty, I'm guessing there never is. Showers and bathrooms closed. Easily one of the most filthy businesses I've ever patronized.

This was hands down the worst laundromat I've ever been to In My Life the machines are disgusting half of them broken and the entire place is a completely filthy.
I never write reviews but if I could save anybody eat the time energy and money.

I will not be coming back. This place requires a special card that can be purchased onsite. There aren't any functioning bathroom, or shower as advertised. At least half of the machines are broke. As I was leaving, people brought in a bunch of laundry they had to wear gloves to touch. I'm not sure where it is from, but no thanks. 37th st is a little dated and cash only, but the facilities look good and it's way less creepy.

This is a terrible laundromat. It is filthy, expensive, and half the machines don't work. Was here a year ago and it was better, but a disaster now. There is no attendant or phone number to call. Absolutely disgusting place, so tried out the 37th St. one with all the American flag stuff. Night and day. Way more clean, and somebody on duty. Don't go to this place, go up the street like I did.
