Absolutely HORRIBLE people to do business with !!! After 13 years of storing my things in a 10'x20' unit they booted me out to rent to someone at a higher rate. I had paid them over 40K in storage fees over the years but had a few payments a week-2 weeks late due to a banking problem with US Bank due to fraudulent charges on my account. The owners were very nasty on the phone and sent threatening texts and letters.

The owner of the place obviously likes to forget facts, hides unknown charges within the contract. And their service is terrible. Completely lax with what your responsibilities are.For all the aggravation I suggest you go down the street to another place it. This place is not worth it. Come here at your own risk.So beware..

Heceta Self Storage is a top notch business! The grounds are clean and secure, the climate controlled storage is a plus. The owners are very responsive to any questions. If I need extra storage, I would try to get back in to their business.

We have rented storage units at Heceta Self Storage fore a number of years. We have found the facilities to be very clean and very well maintained. Additionally, Larry and his employees have been very helpful. I highly recommend them.
