Very happy we made the switch! Internet speeds are better than we've ever had. We purchased a new business phone system at the same time and received fast, personal attention to help us get used to the new phones, headsets, voicemail and e-faxing. There was one day, we were down for about an hour ... that's all it took for Hyak to diagnose and fix the problem. Very happy to have a local business to call and connect with!

I've never had a better customer service experience than I have with Hyak. Everyone there is amazing.A few hours after my installation was complete the service went out. It was 9pm and I had to work (from home) at 8 the next morning. I entered a service ticket and called their emergency number at 9:30. They contacted me immediately and sent a tech (Nick) out within half an hour or so.As he had come from home, he didn't have all the necessary equipment to fix the issue (a faulty cable) with him. He offered to go to the shop and return that night to fix it or to be back at 7 the next morning. I opted for the latter. He was at my door at 7 and had everything fixed by 7:30. All the while being friendly and apologetic for the problem, which was not his fault at all.The fantastic customer service alone is well worth switching from my previous provider.The super high speed internet service is fabulous too.Very happy to be a Hyak customer.

Took 2 weeks and several phone calls before getting on the schedule to install and then they cancelled on the same day at my appointment time claiming they can't do anymore installs at this time and will contact me when they can.Still without internet a month later. Thanks Hyak!

Would not help me with a 10-minute repair to a $150 headset. Lost any hope of service for my three high-end gaming rigs. The person who answered the phone and arranged the contact with the tech was professional, if discouraging.

We have been with Siuslaw Broadband for several years without a complaint. When I learned that Robbie and Neal were planning on installing fiber optic technology I jumped at the opportunity. After some delays caused by suppliers the ground work began. Then yesterday we finalized the installation. My customer satisfaction could not be higher. When I experienced a computer problem it would be corrected without delay. When the work began on bringing fiber optic to my neighborhood I was able to chat with the workers and found that every one of the men or women were polite, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. When it was time to finalize the reception in our house John was an example for installers everywhere. He even wore booties to protect our flooring. Now we have high speed internet even without 5g computers. I feel the need to upgrade our computers. We are certain that we will be using Hyak as our ISP for a long time to come.

The folks at HyaK are so helpful. We have needed their help 3 times and everytime they have used their extensive knowledge to help us. They are very friendly and extremely capable.

I had these people come look at my project and they left to put together a bid. They then would not return my repeated calls and no showed ever again. No bid. Nothing. These people are arrogant, very disrespectful and rude. I would NOT recommend this company for anything.

Had been camping with my 3 grandkids for 3 days with no TV and stopped in there and he fixed my TV up so they can watch TV for the last night of camping I was so happy and this very nice great place
