Today watched a person that biked from Florida to Florence in the process of leaving and packing up the tent and backpack that holds his life. A disgruntled employee rushed over in a truck to do nothing but spew hate. Yes it's private property but the biker was closer to the sidewalk than the building doing nothing to cause damage and even asked me to throw away trash he collected around the gravel he had set up for one night. Florence used to be a place of love and understanding, but over the years because of people like those employees who have nothing better to do than to throw their weight around pretending to be better than others; our peaceful town has become trash.

Great experience at Les Schwab in Florence! I can't say enough about the service level here. My tire and rim were both destroyed by a large rock in the road on Hwy 38. I ended up getting all new tires and was given a loaner rim until a new one could arrive. The team was great (especially Luke!) and I will return ! Thanks.
Returned for a battery replacement. Another great job by Luke and team ! Quick and easy and priced about the same as the nextdoor autoparts store, including install and friendly smiles (plus popcorn). Love Les Schwab !

I'm on a road trip woke up to a very low tire. Drove to Les Schwab. And there was a nail in it. They fixed it for free and topped off all the other tires with air. They took me right in. Best service ever! Highly recommend them. Thank you so much Les Schwab.

Stopped by after getting a flat a couple miles down on vacation during a road trip on the way up to Cannon Beach. Dominic + tech team was able to help me replace the tire and top up my spare tire & tires for the rest of the trip in an urgent manner (less than 30 minutes). Super friendly guy, hope the best for the business.

On a road trip when I needed tires. Stacy on the phone was super helpful and kind, and they were able to get me in immediately and get me a set of tires. Being on a roadtrip, its tough to lose hours to a sudden maintenance issue, and I greatly appreciate the staff for being able to take care of my tires in 20 minutes. Got us back on our roadtrip with minimal hassle.

They told us to put the keys through the door when we dropped off late Sunday for an early Monday morning appointment... No slot in the door... Nothing even close to a secure place to drop the keys. I get it if they don't have a provision for key drop off, but to tell us yes and then not to have it makes for very slip shod customer service.

I was in a pickle. Just moved to Florence and my tire picked up a screw. I thought oh man… here we go. They fixed the tire and were VERY professional. I will be back. I’ll buy my next set from them. Customer for life just in that one nice interaction. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had salty tire professionals be rude and aggressive. These guys were just kind. I needed kind and real. Trust is built that way. And. When I called to start with, the lady on the phone was very kind as well and she gave me up front pricing and didn’t mess with me either. I called the competition and was told I’d have to replace all 4 tires and that I’d have to wait and on and on. I’m no wimp but I was afraid I had a $1000+ bill coming I was in and out of this place in 30 minutes. I’ll go back when I really do need tires. Thank you so much.

Ok... I just wanted to say that normally at ALL other Les Schwab tire centers they've always been above and beyond helpful in every way but here in Florence Oregon while on vacation I ran into some unexpected trouble with my son and needed to jack up one side of my truck but these guys absolutely WOULDN'T help us in any way? WOULDN'T even let me BORROW thier jack for a few minutes? Even though I specifically told them it was very unsafe to be driving it the way that it was... but these guys wouldn't budge.. I couldn't believe it! Will Never go there or recommend anyone going there and I told them that I was gonna put this on thier website.. so here ya go guys thanks for nothing

These guys are so nice and fantastic service. Had a low pressure tire this morning and brought my van in. Didn't see any puncutres so was worried it was something else and we had a long way to go still. Found out it was a cracked wheel which I never would have found myself. They found the problem, pulled my spare off, put it on and also checked all my other tires and topped them off. They did not charge me for any of this, but they did get a loyal customer. Thank you Les Schwab, you guys are amazing. Special thanks to Hayden who handled my issues.

This was my first time with this company and they went above and beyond! I had a bubble in my tire and limited funds, they were able to find me not only a tire but when I got home I noticed they cleaned the wheels. I have had such anxiety around my car and traveling but this visit really made me feel cared for especially they could have just thrown up their hands and said ah well, let's order and reschedule. Thank you to Luke and crew for your diligence and support!

On vacation in Florence, Oregon. At 5:35PM last Thursday low tire pressure light came on. Rolled into the store, they removed a nail, fixed the tire and I was off minutes before closing time. I tried to pay and they said not necessary. Tried to buy pizza for Friday lunch for the team as a thank you and again, they said it was not necessary. Wow! Now that is customer service. Thank you all again…..
