A Ripoff to be sure. I called and asked them to find the problems with my Toyota. I was told it was $50 for 30 minutes of trouble shooting. I told them I would give them $100 for 1 hour of trouble shooting. They charged me $150. Never told me what was wrong, never gave me an invoice, but they did call and ask if I wanted to sell my car. I sold it to London’s scrap business for $200. Don’t Trust Muffler Worx if you are not from Florence. Go to Sun Auto in Springfield, Oregon.Tge only reason I give it one star was because I have to rate it to be able to post this review.

Ivan not say enough great things about this shop and the wonderful guys that work there. Over the last few years I have had 4 truck exhaust done there and each time I have received excellent service. They’re usually very busy and I get scheduled out a month or so but they’re always able to call me sooner and work me in. on top of the great work, their prices cannot be beat in the state of Oregon. I have had work done in Portland work done in Junction city in Eugene and Medford and they beat everybody’s price and quality.

On our month long RV trip we start to have car trouble!! Where to go? Called 4 different auto places all busy! Eek. Jared at muffler works was able to help us without hesitation. He squeezed us in and had the part we needed!!! What a relief!! It was awesome, service was great, fast and friendly. Being from out of town and on the move, finding auto service for issues can be a bit overwhelming. So, very greatful to muffler Works, Jared and his staff. Would definitely recommend!!!!! Thanks for getting us back on the road swiftly and safely!!!!

This shop USED to be legit. unfortunately its falling down on scheduling, wasting a lot of their customers time. communication is extremely lacking as far as who is responsible for what job so things just sit there. Also the mechanics just leave for the day at random hours without letting anyone know what's going on w tyh the vehicles. Also had a bunch of expensive suspension and steering work done and it lasted a few months before it all went back to what it was. I'm really disappointed as I've been a customer for 25 yrs. Another shop on the don't bother list.

They did decent work as far as my headers sound. But they charged me $1600 for labor. Which my headers are only a 6 hour job, 8 hours max.

Gerred Installed Dual Exhaust And A Flow Master Muffler On My 1990 Toyota SR5 Pickup At Very Reasonable Price. Truck Has A Nice Sound To It.Highly Recommend Muffler Works.Thank You Guys.
