Yes, I agree that prices are amazingly ridiculous and the way they treat their employee Is appalling Why would I email you to put it behind closed doors? I worked for you I expressed dis pleasure in the way you treated me in the fact that you asked me to go above and beyond what my duties were and for expressing myself was terminated. Why would I put this in an email directly to you guys or no one else would see it. They should know how you entreat your employees.

I can't get the shopping cart anywhere because it's so cluttered might as well just carry my damn shopping cart in my head.

Ridiculous prices. I really had to laugh. I made it about 15 ft inside the store before turning around and leaving. Saw a hoodie with a $12.99 price tag on it along with a stain on the sleeve. You can get the same hoodie at BiMart for $8.99 brand new. Looked at a few more pieces, all the same. Used items at new retail prices. What are these people thinking with these prices? Won't be going to this store again.

This thrift store feels chaotic and unloved. Prices are too high. For example, I saw a used kayak for sale this weekend for $249.00. For reference, you can buy a brand new kayak at Bimart down the road, for $299.00. Furniture prices for shoddy, out of style pieces are in the $hundreds. You can go to an antique store in town and find beautiful, curated, quality pieces for the same prices. The shelves are dusty and grimy in the kitchen area. Overall, not an enjoyable thrift store experience.

I’ve lived in Florence for 5 years now, when I wanna go thrifting I hit up the goodwill, here and the humane society store. Your prices have outcompeted you. Goodwill is the top contender. I feel like their prices are high but nothing compared to your outrageous prices. I get that it’s for “charity” but whoever is allowing these prices is not for the community and purely for profit. There is no reason why you have items half way damaged selling for the price of it being brand new. When I asked if they would consider going down in price the lady says sure. Give it to her for half off- but even then it was too much, I say well I”ll think about it.. she’s goes. This is your first and final chance for the offer. Like, huh?! You guys need a big reality check! It’s Obvious what you guys are doing here and I’m surprised you are getting away with it. These reviews tell the truth though. If you are finding your “profits” are lacking it’s because you’ve turned away your clients. You have either junk or really nice stuff but it’s ALL over priced. Makes me sad y’all feel this is acceptable.

They closed their dressing rooms. So now you have to go home and try on clothes. If you don’t like the fit, you lose. No returns. Goodwill has dressing rooms.

It's been awhile since I was last here. The employees were all very rude, no hi, no thank. All they wanted was people to be gone. I would have given them a half star

Would give it 0 stars if I could.Prices were outrageous for a "thrift" store.Sewing machine for 400, bed for 250, wii, Xbox ordinal and ps2 for 80 each. Saw some lenses for a camera but they wanted 80 and 40 for those. We didn't even keep looking after that. We figured this store was too rich for us. Felt like a damn nordstrom!
