We worked with Jonathan and Shayla in purchasing our new Purple Premier Hybrid 3 mattress...Tom and Will delivered today and we are so excited to sleep on our new bed tonight. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with...thumbs up!!

Had a great experience purchasing a new mattress. Shayla was so friendly and helpful. And then Tom and Wil delivered and set everything up in such a fast and efficient manner. They took the old items away and every bit of scraps that came with the new things. Thanks all of you.

Not a great experience here. The customer service is bad. Won't be buying from them. It's worth traveling to get good customer service.

Came in to Florence store with my Mom and attempted to work with Danyl. Mom needed a new mattress and various other pieces of furniture. She first said she could throw in some sheets then later denied saying it even though we all heard her. Even a bigger deal is that she misquoted a price, which she admitted. She later said, she knew she misquoted because "people make mistakes" but never had any Intention of fixing her mistake. She also told us "Free delivery" then went back on that and charged us. Unfortunately for her, she rang up the higher price without saying a word until my Mom questioned her. Seems that instead of stepping up and admitting your mistake, you just hoped nobody would notice. I have never been misquoted then that price not be honored.I guess you were too busy worrying about your commission check Danyl to do the right thing. Instead, you missed out on not just a mattress, but numerous other pieces of furniture, which would have more than made up for it. I won't stand by while you attempt to screw my Mom over and NOT the most lucrative move on your part. Mom owns a home here and her Property Manager recommended Roby's. We'll be letting her know tomorrow that she should find a different store to use for all her rental properties which is huge.Good luck in your future sales career! You made yourself and Roby's look really bad. Bait and Switch is illegal and you're fully aware of that. Anyone reading this review, PLEASE remember "Roby's isn't the only store in town". We've ordered from Amazon/Costco in the past and have always received better customer service than what we experienced at Roby's.** UPDATE*** Spoke with Property Manager tonight. She was horrified at our experience. She's bought many things over the years but only worked with Kevin. She'll be thinking twice in future about giving Roby's additional business.

My husband and I would like to Thank Kevin and Blayke for their outstanding Sales and Customer Service in the purchase of our mattress's. You both seemed genuinely focused in finding the mattress's that would work for us ~ rather than trying to make a quick sale! Also .. your delivery driver's Tom and Will were white glove all the way with smiles and laughter. Your ALL a great team!!
