Front desk person was very nice, but...we were looking forward to sitting in the hot tub but it was not working, went to the front desk looking for ice and they said no ice, ice machine not working. The linoleum floor in our room was absolutely filthy, walked around barefoot for just a few minutes and my feet were black on the bottom. There was black mold in the bathroom...I took photos of it. Very disappointed overall, especially for a Wyndham Hotel!

Card displayed in the room read cleaned by Jenni. Jenni is not a cleaner. Jenni should find other work. My phone stuck to the side table and had to be pried loose. Also, the hot tub was inoperable. The main reason i booked here! I won't go back and do not recommend it!

This place told me they had an available room, then refused me the available room because of my service animal. Highly illegal and I will be reporting this.

The rooms were large and clean. The pool had been put off limits by health department and the hot tub was empty. The plants in lobby hadn't been watered and the dead leaves were all over the floor. We had a good night sleep but would not stay for another night.

Worst hotel experience on the coast. Booked a room for pets which came to 177 per night after taxes. When I got there, the per dog fee was also 25$ per pet. That's was fine but unconvienient. Also it says there is a pool and hot tub which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, but it was also unoperational... both of them. Also make sure you do not go even 5 minutes over 11am at checkout or they send the maid to your room.

Kaushal is an absolute rockstar , the hotel is lucky to have him taking care of their business ! The king room was very clean and spacious . Only thing missing is a ceiling fan, otherwise perfect .

It wasn't fancy; however, it had everything I hold important and of tremendous value, The staff were super friendly to me and my boyfriend and our 2 dogs. The room had the #1 ingredient I wish all motels big, small 2 stars or 4 stars the sheets and towels smelled of bleach! Overall, it was clean isn't that what we all need kindliness and cleanliness. We will be back. The pool was a bonus :-)Rooms: Nice big room.Nearby activities: Very close to Casino, food, and whatever you need.Safety: Well lit. Cameras every corner.

Stayed for 3 nights. No AC or WI-FI. The beds are very hard. Common areas around hotel very dirty & things everywhere. Main office reeked of Indian food. Front desk not very friendly. The pool was not in working order. Green & slimy and closed down.The worst part, my 1 year old that only crawls had very disgusting feet from the carpet- they were black from grime. The carpet needs to be replaced & actually cleaned on a regular basis.Thankfully we didn’t need to be at the hotel much.

Got into town later than planned so ended up staying here. Wish we hadn't. The front desk person was unfriendly, no smile and made me feel like I was a bother. Had no shoes on. Not professional in anyway. Got to the room, it smelled weird and was hot as hell, like the heater was on. The heater wasn't on. Went to turn on ac only to find there was none. What hotel doesn't have ac these days? So we opened the windows to get a cross breeze, well that was a fail because there was no wind. But front desk did bring a fan so that helped alot. The room was clean so no complaint there. But the bed...absolutely awful. It was hard, but not super rock hard. It was like sleeping on a spring mattress and feeling the springs all night. Idk but it was terrible. Got maybe 3 hrs of sleep only to be woke up at 630 am to what must have been a family of elephants upstairs. The pounding on the floor as they walk was insanely loud. Just super disappointing all around.

They advertise a pool & hot tub, but neither are in working order. The rooms were clean, but the beds were so hard that they felt like sleeping on cement. Our son made the reservation for Four Adults and Two children that were promised a working pool. We stayed one night and moved to BW Best Western for the next 4 days where my husband & I normally would have stayed.They did refund all the money back in their favor after my husband had a talk with the manager....Thank you for the apology regarding the Pool and Hot Tub being not in Working Order.However I do want you to know that My Son-in-law made the Reservations Three Weeks in Advance, He was told the Pool & Hot-Tub were being fixed and they would be in working order before Our Stay....My Daughter-in-law with the "Two Young Children" called several days in advance to check and see if the Pool & Hot-Tub were now in in Working Order....Whoever was Working the Front Desk told her Not to Worry they would be in "Great Working Order" by the time we arrived for "Our Family Vacation Stay In Florence"!So we didn't appreciate showing up to find the pool for the children was "Not In Working Order", nor did we appreciate the fact that the Hot Tub for us Adults to relax in was Not In Working Order Either!We drove "Six Hours One Way" to spend time with Our Children & Grandchildren in the Pool and Hot Tub because they love swimming and playing in the pool and Thank "God" we were able to get a Reservation at Our Favorite Place to Stay down on the River with a Beautiful View Two Hot Tubs, A Huge Working Pool, A Large Sauna, Beautiful Rooms with Beautiful Views and Two Beautiful, Comfortable Beds In Each Room......I think you should have a good talk with your employees that run the front desk and answer the phone, because they caused your establishment to verify False Information and False Advertising!Thank you very much for understanding because we are "The Customer"!You are asked to Provide "Great Customer Care" and "Great Customer Service"!Also Please Get Some New Mattresses, They are Desperately Needed!

When we got there the check in was pleasant and the first room looked nice but the ceiling was leaking so the did end up having to move us into a courtyard building into the family room which was bigger but not as updated. I'm thankful they moved us easily because it was kind of later at night. I wish they would be able to update the other rooms as well though. Overall pretty clean. Kind of pricey for what it is but not surprising because it is the Oregon coast.
