The U.S. Bank Branch in Florence provides excellent and awesome customer service with a very helpful and wonderful group of people. The staff is super nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding. Customers report a 5 star experience and recommend the bank for banking needs. The ATM machine has always worked reliably. While past service was noted as horrible with limited staff, the branch now has a patient and happy team dedicated to helping clients.

I used online banking mobile app, it was fairly good. NOW the mobile app just went AI, it is HORRIBLE. Bye US bank.
