Grandma and granddaughter thoroughly enjoy the hunt at the Forest Grove Goodwill store. The store is always clean and neat, despite some customers who think it's okay to knock something off a rack and leave it in the aisle. The staff are cheerful and accommodating and take good care of my girls. There is a huge selection of women and girl's clothes and often national brands. The dressing rooms are all clean (usually) as are the restrooms.
Our family really enjoys the hunt, the selection, and, of course, the prices.

Never had an issue with them until today. The cart locked up and my daughter almost went flying out. Now here’s my issue with the carts locking up when you go to leave the store. 1. The lock is only on ONE WHEEL. This sets off the balance and causes the cart to tip, which is how my daughter almost went flying. 2. There is ONE sign saying the carts lock up, but it is on the outside of the store when going into the store. Not only that but it is on the EXIT door. This is NOT avid advertising and is SUCH an issue. Goodwill needs to fix this ASAP before someone gets hurt

I love this stuff I love love the staff the cashiers are sweethearts every single one of them every guy every girl all the women putting things away they are just so sweet and they have amazing amazing deals

Tried to give them a well kept 60 yr old all metal craftsman circ saw but they said they couldn’t sell it with the blade in it. Instead of doing a little bit of work and removing it for me (because I didn’t have a crescent wrench with me) their CEO doesn’t get my profit. Meaningless rules are infuriating. Good job idiots.

The prices at this store have gotten completely out of control. The greed has become palpable here. Non-profit organization? I'm not so sure about that. Every single item has been given to them for free, yet they charge prices that the demographic who would shop here because they may not be able to afford a regular store, are left looking at items like..... seriously? What options are being left for people who are financially strapped to get what they need? Is that not part of their concern?
Also, I've seen electronic items there donated by Target, which were returned by customers at Target, MARKED BROKEN, and still put on the shelf for sale. They are literally selling you garbage, and once you buy anything, the money is theirs, you only get store credit..... they gotcha.

They are selling target dollar spot items for more than they are worth. BE AWARE of the prices ur paying. They are so greedy here

I use to enjoy it until there prices got out of control for clothes I feel like there almost the same price as Walmart. So that sucks I hope a place opens that's more affordable for lower class incomes. That's it and that's all.

I came in on 11/ 17/ 23 to drop off some donations & Im writing this review to acknowledge Sarvelio ER for his amazing costumer service & his friendliness! It's always refreshing being greeted by a smiling face & seeing that someone genuinely enjoys what they do in a world where everyone hates their job. We visited this store while in Oregon. Very organized which was a nice surprise. Lots of everything to choose from, reasonable prices and helpful staff. Would return.

I make my out to this goodwill in forest grove every so often and the staff is always polite. The store is always clean, and the selection is great.
