The owner is a great man with knowledge of all kinds of firearms. H&K shop is a small time shop with friendly service. You had fun chatting with the owner while filling out paper work. The shop sent a stripped lower, though it can be rather expensive and timely, even with a CCW. All work do by paper, so if you are in a rush this is not the spot for you. You were able to pick up the lower the next day. $45 fee + $10 background check. The owner is very knowledgeable and always supportive to his community. He has a lot to share through experienced based knowledge and is a good man and a stand‑up business owner. It will be worth your time.
