“Best sleep I've ever had when not sleeping in my own bed! And the breakfast in the morning was delicious..I've now found the place im staying whenever I come down to visit family”
“One of the only places that still lets me stay. very forgiving and understanding staff compared to the other hotels in the area. "No little dogs!" I am still reminded after sneaking one in the window without paying a deposit. Please note: with a deposit, it's okay to have them \(_)/!”
“If you just need a place to sleep at night and not looking to spend a fortune, this is your place! The staff was amazing! The rooms were great size and very clean. It was quiet. Id say my only flaw was our bed would creek everytime we rolled over so it would wake the other person up but overall it was perfect for what we needed.”

“Such a fun place! I love McMenamins in general, but The Grand Lodge was especially awesome! I came for a company convention and we had a LOT of people. They were short staffed, but everyone from the reception desk to the bartenders to the wait staff was incredible. So friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place, whether it's for dinner and drinks or a whimsical getaway.
Walkability: The grounds are beautiful and vast, and as with any McMenamins, there are hidden surprises around every turn!
Food and drinks: The food and drinks are amazing! I will say there are very limited GF options, but lots of vegetarian and vegan choices.
Noteworthy details: You could spend all day just wandering the halls and looking at all the historical/whimsical pictures and paintings. There is history around every corner!”
