Linda is a wonderful, friendy, and most of all a knowledgeable person. She works hard, and gets our taxes done in a timely manner. She makes a normally stressful time of year - tax season - an actual joy. No kidding.

Professional and got my taxes done. I always question if I got all my deductions I should, but how can you ever really know. Everyone says they are the best, but I feel like everyone does the same thing. They had a convenient location and I enjoyed working with the tax pro I used. uploading documents ahead of time made things easy. I was satisfied but only 3 starts because I don't know what breaks H&R Block out from the other tax services. they all seem the same to me.

Extremely unorganized. They cancel appointments multiple times and can’t figure out how to do a virtual appointment. The receptionist Tayna is so nonchalant about mistakes made on their end causing inconvenience it’s insulting. Her excuse being that she just schedules appointments. I told her I didn’t have time to wait 30-49 mins for the tax lady to figure out how to do a video and she puts me on hold. Ironic but I will never go to this location.
