Made an appointment to get a 5th wheel tire inspection. They removed then repaired the hole from a 16 penny nail. As always, they take care of their customers. Les Schwab customer since 1979.

The Toyota dealer in Hillsboro said I needed new rear drums on my car. They quoted me $649. I thought that was too much so I went to Les Schwab in Forest Grove. They looked at my car and said I didn't need new drums just a brake adjustment charge $79. Don't believe everything a commissioned dealer rep tells you.

A few weeks ago, I was on a leisurely drive from Beaverton to Tillamook to take an out-of-town friend sightseeing at the Oregon Coast when I suddenly heard a terrible noise from my driver-side front wheel. After pulling over at a gas station to inspect the issue and receiving help from a gentleman who happened to be a retired mechanic, I learned that a rock was lodged inside my wheel. While the gentleman managed to retrieve the rock and the noise went away, I decided that it was prudent to take my car to Les Schwab for help.
Upon arriving, my friend and I were greatly warmly and within minutes, the team leapt into action to perform a break inspection and alignment check to ensure there was no damage. Since we needed to wait for a little while, the team gave us a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant where we could enjoy snacks and drinks while we waited. Upon our return to the shop, I learned the team found no long-term issues and everything was OK with the wheel. And they performed the inspection at no charge!
Les Schwab is awesome and I'm so grateful for the team's service!

First time buyer as a Senior widow. The guys there made it so easy and comfortable for me to pick the best options. My appointment was set and they got the new shoes on Betsy in one hour. Made it all so easy for me. Thank you Les Schwab👍

Friendly staff extremely tight for a large vehicle. Definitely need to Google map for entrance.

Showed up minutes away from closing time with a large screw in my tire. I walked in and explained my problem with the understanding that they were probably done for the day. They said no problem we will get you in and repaired right away. Totally above and beyond, especially since it was 100 degrees out. 110 stars for this store and it's service members. Oh did I mention I was 90 minutes from home. True saviors.

Gratieris Les Schwab has always provided me fantastic and fast service! Everything from basic air checks when a TPMS (low tire pressure) warning hits, to alignments, brakes, and of course new shoes for my cars (tires)!
