My husband had called in the day prior to ask about box sizes, we came into Mike's store right at closing time. He made us feel super welcome and sold us boxes without making us feel quilty it was closing time.

I had a fantastic experience with this company! I called to inquire about box prices and dimensions, and Mike, the manager, was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions thoroughly. He provided excellent customer service and made the process easy. I'll be sending my wife in later to purchase boxes from him. If we weren't moving out of state, I would definitely rent a storage unit from this location. Highly recommend for great service.

Mike was extremely helpful and was UNBELIEVABLY patient with us. Had a wonderful since of humor and generally made what was supposed to be stressful situation, into an all around enjoyable moment.

I am give you one star. Because you didn’t pick up on phone and started to ahead to auction sell my kids and my stuff. You are the one ignore on the phone. I wanted to paid off for my unit then get my stuff out move to get a place. You just think it’s important things than people. You have to ask them for permission instead of auction. This is miscommunication. Have a nice day
