To Mallorie Handke:
You failed to explain that it was you and your husband blocking the road, parked out there like its some kind of parking lot and not a public street. That is not Phil's loading dock. What you also failed to mention is that the incident that you are talking about was the second time we had a problem with you blocking the street. Your inconsiderate to the point, one of our handicapped customers had to walk up the street and around your vehicle to pick up his vehicle. You should be ashamed of yourself for even thinking of posting that 1 star review.

The worst kind of people. Not only did they yell and cuss infront of my kids. The girlfriend of the shop obviously on some substance crashed a vehicle into another and wanted to blame a truck blocking the road. Except she had plenty of room to exit. Literally hit the car furthest away from her. Then started screaming how everyone around her was to blame but her. The shop worker joined in making a ridiculous scene. Overall just trashy people. If they can loose their minds of a minor inconvenience can you imagine how they would handle a disagreement in business? I rather take my money else where.

The guys at O’Dell did a fantastic job fixing the peeling clear coat on the driver side door of my E46 M3. Mark (the owner) was super knowledgeable and cordial to work with. Rey was a wizard with the paint job, the color match looks perfect and the finish quality looks just like new. The job was done on time and at a reasonable price. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Outstanding communication and customer service from start to finish! Mark was always available to answer my questions or to update me about the status of repairs. He seamlessly coordinated repair estimates with my insurance provider. Rey made my car look like it did when I bought it brand new 8 years ago. His work is flawless! O'dell's is THE place to go for all your auto body needs. Mark (the owner) did a fantastic job in walking us through the steps of insurance information and the job done on our Lexus looks like it came off the show room floor.
I can't recommend them more highly in ALL aspects of customer service and quality work. Reyes is an absolute GENIUS when it comes to matching difficult paint colors.

Made my car look like new! Even polished up my other headlight so it would match the new one.A woman ran a red light as I was making a protected (green light) left turn. She hit the right side of my bumper as I was mid-turn. Her insurance company took 100% liability for the accident and told me I could find any auto shop I wanted to proceed with the repairs. I got estimates at several places but ultimately went with O’Dell’s as Mark (the owner) was very friendly, informative, and offered a thorough estimate & fast timeline. Mark told me the repair would take about 5-6 business days and boy was he spot on! It took 6 business days. Super fast compared to the month long estimates I heard from other shops.If I ever need any kind of auto body work done again I will definitely be returning here!

I highly recommend these guys for all of your auto body repair needs.They estimated the damage quickly, got my car in for the repairs within 2 weeks of getting the estimate, and the work was done on time as they said it would be. They did an excellent job on my repairs, it looks like nothing ever happened. The price was also very nice on the pocketbook compared to estimates that I received elsewhere :-)Very nice and professional people at this company, I am so glad to have found them to take care of my body work! They actually care about helping people, instead of price gouging people like most other body shops out there do.Services: Painting

I got into a minor fender bender and needed a couple things done to my car before it would be ok to drive, we called O'dell's and a man named Rae answered the phone he was awesome told us to come on in and he would inspect my vehicle and get us a quote I thought oh awesome this seems like a great place unfortunately it isn't really we went in and was greeted by the same man that answered the phone he was wonderful took pictures of the car and said it would be an easy and quick job. He took all of our information down and said he would pass it along to the boss so he could draw up a quote then they would get back to us and he walked us out. We were asking a few last minute questions and were about to get into our car when the "Boss man" who I would assume is Mr. O'dell walked up and cut me off from speaking he loudly said "WHAT INSURANCE COMPANY DO YOU HAVE?" I replied that insurance wasn't covering it and we were paying ourselves he rudely replied "THEN WE CANT HELP YOU" we are booked months out his own employee replied "We are?" And he said yeah we are then he just walked off. Which whatever I will just take my business elsewhere but there is no need to rudely butt into the conversation cut people off and then basically tell us to get lost because he can't bank off of our insurance company. This dude is a shyster and I don't know how he stays in business treating people that way!

We did not have any work done at O'Dells Auto Body, but Mark helped us out in a tremendous way. Even though he was backlogged 3 months in estimates, he took the time to do an estimate for us in order to help us resolve an issue with AAA and Portland City Towing. I can imagine what type of service anyone would receive from his company if he is willing to help out even though he didn't have to. Thank you Mark, it meant alot!
