Called to find out drop off location for my truck and was told to drop it here even there ws a closer locating to my new house. Was told I get a credit for early return so rushed through unloading just to find out that was a lie and there are no refunds for early return. Service rep was not friendly and acted like they had better things to do even though I was the only customer in the whole place.
