This is my favorite yoga studio of all time and Azy is my fav teacher there. Always a lovely full body integrated experience. So grateful for this studio in Washington County, Oregon. I drive in from Beaverton, 25 miles away, because I love this yoga studio and the teachers so much!

I have been a student of Upstairs Yoga And since they opened in 2019. I go at least twice a week and sometimes more. The instructors are amazing. The space is beautiful the ability to relax and let go is exactly what I look for. The environment is uplifting, and I'm very happy to have found this yoga studio.

Excellent instructors. Unpretentious. All abilities are welcome. Has noticeably improved my flexibility.
