Worked with a lady there to pay my rent. Went well every time. Worked with the dude to the left of her and he seemed annoyed we were there. When I told him I needed to make a deposit into my landlords account for rent he just said "phone number" I asked if he wanted mine. He looked at me like I was dumb. Still didn't say anything. Then I asked the account or my number he said account. I said I know the account name. I told him a couple times and he just stated at me like I was dumb. He said he needed the account number. His posture and Demeanor was that of somebody who didn't want to be at work and didn't want to deal with customers. You would have to have been there and dealing with him to experience it. Absolutely horrible experience. I was going to open an account there to make it easier to transfer. But I've decided not to due to that employee. Not even a smile or a greeting. What is with this world when customer service goes into the dumps like this. How do you allow him to drive customers away like that. Customer service is so important. I'll be going to a different branch. Because wow. There was more to it. But it's the details like roughly typing in 3 letters and looking at me like I'm dumb and says he can't find it. Angry face and all. How dare you people treat the public like that. Serious ..it was bad.

I am a member took my 18 yr old grandson to open account and cash his paycheck..The guy at the counter says he can't open the account today because it's Friday and it might get busy so the 2 tellers needed to be available to help others when they come in.. No one was in there except us .. Simply confused 😕

This bank is incredibly incompetent and useless. When I first came to open my account they told me I need to come back in 2 hours because their entire staff is going on lunch break at the same time. Not a big deal but it was just weird because i’ve never seen a bank shut down for lunch. My biggest issue is cash deposits. The ATMs take 5-10 minutes to count 50 bills. Then it will tell you to enter your pin several times. After you are finally almost done with your deposit. It will randomly error and say your PIN is incorrect. Then it takes another almost 10 minutes for it to return your money. Yesterday was the 4th time in a row that I encountered this issue. Couldn’t go inside because they were closed for “Columbus day”. Usually when this happens and I go inside they have only one person working and a long line of people. Makes a simple cash deposit turn into a 30-40 minute ordeal. If there was any other bank in town that offered a no-fee checking account I would switch immediately.10/11/2023: I am not wasting any more of my time with your support teams. I closed my account yesterday and switched to another local bank.

Problems? Have fun resolving them on the phone. No one answers the phones except unqualified help from a call center. Not to mention the website does not work right. I am considering closing my account as there are way better places than this to bank with. This has to be one of the worst credit unions I ever joined.Sure, blame it on a nationwide staffing shortage. I find that answer to be a complete deflection to steer the attention away from your institution’s inadequacies. Here I am again, a different day different time and I have been waiting on the phone for 20 minutes for someone to answer. Unacceptable. Furthermore, you all would not be short on staff if you would actually do something to keep your staff retained longer. Things such as providing a decent work environment (seeing as how you can't provide decent customer service, that’s probably a real challenge for you) and decent compensation. I can see that your statement of putting experienced staff at your phones made little difference and that was more or less blowing smoke so you can attempt to make yourselves look better. The fact I cannot get a hold of a customer service rep for 2 days in a row and the same situation has happened in the past makes your answer look rather pathetic.

I have had problems with new manager at vernonia branch. Over Reacting taking things personal and refusing to converse to service my account for her personal overreaction from not directed personsly raising my voice for refusal to offer customer service to my account, as the servicer of my account. She to my frustration out of context and turned it into her personal over reaction. I have never had banking problems in 64 years. Its my account not hers and ill decide not her ever. I could care less about personal problems, I just need to do business in my commerce not hers, she has punished me for demanding access to my account, mobil banking not allowed for me she says. Unbelievable child.
