The cabins are immaculate, cute, and charming, though a bit dated, with very firm beds. Guests appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff who make everyone feel comfortable from check-in. The lodge provides a limited but well-stocked grocery store with a great selection of healthy, gluten-free foods, organic groceries, coffee, and simple meals, all at reasonable prices. The store staff are kind and helpful. During summer, cooking options are limited to microwaves, and campfires are not allowed, but there is good air conditioning and fans to stay comfortable. Overall, Jo's Motel & Campground is highly recommended for its peaceful setting, cleanliness, friendly service, and convenient location near the park, making it an excellent choice for travelers and campers alike.
Jo was very helpful with details about the campsite. One could see how everything was well thought out in the surrounding - bathroom, walkway to the river etc. Everything is well maintained. Very friendly and likable. I really loved it ...... uh, and by the way at night it was really quiet and beautifully dark.....

Charming, old style but very well kept motel with spacious carports, groceries, and a deli. Clean, knotty pine rooms and gracious hosts. Thanks for the hospitality!
