Two days of fantastic fishing fun with my 13 year old daughter! I want to thank Tamara and Will for their diligence in setting up the rescheduling of one of our days due to bad weather and just in general the great communication as I was planning the trip and trying to work out what fishing was right for us. Thank you Curt the Captain of the Alaska Sunrise! I very much appreciate your ethos of “if they’re not biting in a minute or two, we are moving to another spot.” We were never board and caught so many fish! Terry thank you for your hard work as Deckhand and attentiveness to all who were on board. I would highly recommend this company and in fact, next year I’m bringing my husband for a Garibaldi Charters fishing experience!!🎣🛥️🤘🏻

They organized a beautiful and peaceful ceremony at sea to scatter my sister's ashes, and everything was handled with the utmost respect and professionalism. The crew was kind and accommodating, ensuring we felt supported. The serene location and gentle guidance made it a truly special and meaningful experience. The fishing itself, was slow but there is nothing that the guide, Marty can do about that. We we 1 of at least 15 boats out there and we caught 1 of 2 fish so I think that is pretty damn good! We had another fish on but lost it. Given that, we did better than anyone else!
I would come back again? In a heart beat! Salmon fishing is a game of chances but your odds are as good with Garibaldi Charters as they are with anyone else!
And as for guides, I would ask Marty! He knows what he is doing and he knows where the fish are!

I schedule multiple eco-tours annually with Garibaldi Charters. My passengers and I are always satisfied with these trips. The crew does a great job of helping us find birds and animals, and the skipper does a great job of manouvering the boat to get the best views. I continue to be pleased with the service we receive, and will be planning to go out with Garibaldi Charters again in the future.

Was staying nearby in Rockaway Beach & wanted to do some charter fishing and crabbing. I talked to someone at the other marina rental location who treated me like a child, so I hit up Garibaldi Charters instead. The lady on the phone was really helpful about what to expect. I got everything squared away & arrived at 6am. About 6:20am we boarded the boat. There was a captain and first mate to help us all day. We headed out to do some light tackle rock fish fishing & crabbing. We dropped the crab pots and headed north along the coast. Great weather. First mate guy was really helpful and hustled. The captain even came out frequently to assist. We had about 18 ppl on board and got a good haul of rock fish. On the way back we picked up the crab pots & had 90 keepers! I took 5 cooked crabs & a bunch of filleted fish back to my wife at our air bnb. Had a great time. This is not deep sea fishing so if you want to get further out, try the Lingcod trip. Also, it's tackle so there's no bait. If you want bait fishing this wasn't the trip for you. It was a lot cleaner without bait even tho the guys do all the dirty work. Definitely need to tip them out! They hustle. I'd def book again!!

Very pleased with the crew. The Captain put us on the fish and crab. Cole was efficient and made sure everyone was tangle free.

Caught a bunch a fish and crab. The captain and deckhand were top notch. We will use them again on our next trip to Oregon.

This was one of the best trips I've been on. It was an experience we will never forget. Thanks to these guys we were able to get into some awesome lingcod. Definitely will be using this charter again in the future.

We went out yesterday October 2 2024 we had a great time. Caught our limit in rock fish and ling cods for the whole boat. And everyone got 10 crabs each. From the office staff to the captain and deck hand great customer service. Will definitely back again.

Deep sea fishing has always been a bucket list item for me, and we finally made it happen. Not really knowing what to expect, I was nervous, excited, and open to the experience. I was not disappointed! We were on the Norwester with Captain Lance and Deckhand Cole. Both were great! Cole can HUSTLE!!! That guy was flying around that boat, helping all of us. And he did it while keeping calm and so gracious. I will definitely book again and highly recommend them.

The captain and deck hand were amazing..5 stars for both. I am a generous person, but when I pay the same amount….
I do not agree with splitting the fish when most of the people on the boat do not know how to fish or did not fish. When you catch over 1/2 the fish on the boat and have to give it to people whom didn’t is really upsetting. Next time I know to pay for a more for expensive charter that will give me what I catch…I guess I should have realized the state am in..….When people whom don’t put in the work get still get rewarded….

Went out on the D&D with Marty & Mark yesterday with my wife, sister & brother in law. Hands down, the best crew to go fishing with. These guys really know what their doing. Hope to do it again. Thank you Garibaldi Charters for an awesome trip.
