Arrived early to catch the slack tide for crabbing with plans to rent rings from the "store" as I've always done in the past, but found out at the counter that they no longer rent to boaters, only to those crabbing from their docks. I was left with no other option than to buy two sets of rings. Staff wasn't rude or anything but this shift in their policy isn't stated on their website so it was a very unpleasant surprise. In addition, once I returned to dock to have my catch cooked, they had already shut the cooker down. VERY poor customer service, I'll not ever patronize them again!!

June 2024. Rented a boat and got a limit of crab. Only had a couple softs, most were small legal but heavy...they should be molting soon.
The boats are nice and newer, the staff was great. Looking forward to going there again.
