This was a great lil adventure. It’s a 30 minute ride with a 30 minute layover in the other town. The only problem is that this town are really small so there isn’t much to do or see in those 30 minutes. The train runs ever 2 hours

It's a great little train ride, albeit a bit expensive for a short and slow ride.

This was our second train ride as a family. We have done a summer one and this time the candy cane express. Both rides were fantastic! The employees are always kind and great with the kids. About Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad - Garibaldi Station
All train excursions departing from Garibaldi depart at this location! OCSR is a 501 non-profit heritage railroad whose mission it is to the educate about, preserve, and restore of the logging history of the Pacific Northwest. OCSR provides interpreted train rides along the coast behind vintage steam and diesel locomotives. In a time when rare logging equipment is frequently lost forever, this organization collects those pieces and provides the necessary repairs and expert knowledge to get the pieces running again. Through our train rides, OCSR also tells the story of the area and stresses the importance of practicing environmental conservation so that others may continue to enjoy the beautiful North Coast of Oregon.
