Best experience! We got stranded at our hotel in Seaside. The starter went out on our Harley. Called up Charles and Lucky for us he had the part. We got a quick tow over there and he fixed it all up. Charles was professional, friendly and very fair! Can't thank you enough for saving our day! Made it back home to Washington safe and sound. Too bad his shop is so far from us, we would return there for future needs.

Super quick responding and super helpful, he showed me how to pair my phone with the car and showed me all the little buttons and how they work. He gave me a discount so I could get new tires and also ordered a part for my AC and let me come back to get it fixed. Super personable, friendly and definitely recommend!

Charles won't respond to txt or calls if you don't keep to exact appointment times. He will ghost you and not allow for an apology, or working with you again. Not a very kind adult way to do business. I'd go elsewhere.Yes that's me. Check what I txt u 40 min after ur last txt. And how far I was willing to go to pay for your gas and time and make it worth it for you. But you snapped and went dark. So go ahead and post my txt and yours. If you post all of them they still give truth to my original statement. I even sent u my address to show trust and ask for forgiveness.The funny part is, if he had been more patient with me he would have saved $460. from me being late he would have gotten a better deal. Lol too bad I guess his time is far to valuable it seems.
