“We stored all of our belongings with Gearhart Storage for several weeks in between selling and buying homes. Terry was very responsive even as we ended up needing to rent a couple of smaller units in addition to the bigger one over the weekend we moved out of our house. He remained responsive and easy to work with. The units were very clean, as was the entire property. With the cameras and security on the property, we felt confident having everything we owned there with Gearhart Storage. The units were also really reasonably priced. I would absolutely give them my highest recommendation and wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again if the need arises.

Bottom line - I've used a lot of storage spaces over the years and Gearhart Storage is up at the top shelf, top-notch!”

“Only reason the sixth star was mot awarded is to to the fact that i tried to do everything online. The wed site is not user friendly and a few other times i found my self back reviewing what i already reviewed. I website would not process my payment and blamed the card. The one thing that saved the day was the customer service all star that was at the desk. Wish i had his name to mention. This gentleman deserves some recognition for how i was brought back from online frustration to a smiling race again. Movingnis stressfull enough and for the time of check out and being walked directly to my unit to forgot my online experience. My name is dennis larsen i got my unit late afternoon on the 28th if it helps to find this associate. Young guy with kinda curlier hair i think lol. Great job hope he goes far with the company.
