The Sherwin-Williams Paint Store provides excellent customer service and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Garrett, a store representative, inspected a customer's painting work and provided the correct materials at no charge to help the customer fix the issue caused by the painter's lack of proper preparation. Mathew was very friendly and helpful in assisting customers with finding everything they needed. Jeremy, at the Gearhart location, made a customer's color selection experience enjoyable and even helped match a good trim when the customer had picked an off shade. The store is highly recommended for paint needs, with customers expressing their appreciation for the great customer service and positive experiences.
Great employees! They have EVERYTHING you need to paint, so if you forgot something, it's here. You're probably going to pay more for it, but that's the price of convenience.
