“I originally called PNW automotive, but moved on when they NEVER answered my call on 2 occasions. I then called Grafs' and Mike was VERY courteous/friendly and scheduled my appt. within a few days.
I just bought an Audi Q5 and there was an issue with the blind spot monitor. I also mentioned there was a problem with my trunk door not fully extending to a higher position.(thinking probably another sensor issue)
Within an hour, I was out the door. They did a sensor diagnostic test and reset the issue. They went on a test drive to make sure the lights on my side mirrors worked as directed.
The waiting room was comfortable and had an assortment of snacks/drinks to keep the stomach from growling.
What BLEW my mind was that PAUL(a mechanic) went out of his way to locate 2 hydraulic arms (out of state) to remedy my issue with the trunk door. Not only did he save me a GOOD chunk of money by not ordering from the dealer, told me they'd be in within the week!
Graf's automotive NOW has a customer for life. What a GOOD, honest, bunch of guys...VERY impressed!!!”

“Started a 7 day road trip with lots of engine lights coming on and my car shifting weird and then stopped accelerating at one point while driving. Stopped at this place to have a look at it and the front desk lady was amazing she looked at what codes my car was throwing looked at the engine and noticed something had come loose so she fixed that and assured me I would be good to go the rest of my trip. Free of charge. I made it safely the rest of my trip because of this nice lady willing to set aside the time to help us even when they had a busy schedule.
