I never thought when I walked into the dollar general that I would receive some of the best customer service I have ever gotten. However if you find yourself in the area, stop by. Cierra was very friendly and even had me cracking up a bit on our short interaction. This woman deserves a raise!

Terrible, rude employees. Have to ask them to get a certain product from behind the scenes which i know it is available at a different location. Very condescending and rude attitude towards customers. Pathetic

Rosa is an absolutely disgustingly Rude employee, horrible attitude and is Rude straight to your face. Her Manager Destiny isn’t any better. Both refused to sell me a product that they had in the back room that I could SEE through the open door. Don’t shop here, make the extra drive and go to Hubbard instead or Silverton. They are WAY nicer there and actually are willing to Help you and sell you items they have IN STOCK in the back room.

My sister and I love shopping at Dollar General,we always get everything we need for our pets and household goods and live find special deals and holiday stuff

Honestly I love dollar general but the workers are rude as hell. In person and over the phone. If you do not like your job then quit! So annoying

If you are in a hurry and need a bite to eat and a drink go into this place. The staff is really friendly and will actually talk to me if I want to have a conversation.

I shop here frequently as it is on my way home. The older man that runs the store decided to tell me that I was selfish for not wearing a mask. I defended myself and said that I had done my research and If he was concerned, then he could wear his mask if he thought it actually works. But respected his rules and said I would not come into his store anymore. He wanted to continue to argue in front of other customers. I won't be shopping there anymore, and if you are a free thinker in a free country I suggest you shop elsewhere.
