Winter for a Van that didn't have the right type of seats.. Show this a lot nicer Van. Didn't mention that it was a year older Are the it came with only one remote. Didn't find out till I ordered the hitch for the vehicle. Remotes are worth four hundred dollar.

Trailer world is the only place someone should go to buy a trailer. I have bought several trailers from Trailerworld and have never been disappointed.I enjoy working with Debbie, she is very knowledgeable about all aspects in what goes into ordering the perfect trailer for the customer needs. Very disappointed of this company...I ordered a aluminum sk bed in December of 22 they ask for 265 deposit, the sale person promised to have the bed in June of 23, they didn't contact me till I call them in August ,I ask for the status, they told me couldn't get it any more, I ask wy no one contacted me sooner, they just said I'm sorry, will credit you $250, I said ok, then I got the check in September, deposited fhen check returned in October, for NSF , wat should I said about this company?

Never deal with these people, called several times for ownership documents but can’t get anything from them. Dennis in Woodburn says he’ll look into it now for 5 months and several calls but can’t get anywhere with the guy. Absolutely no service after the sale from these clowns.

Been calling for a much needed purchase doc that I need for an audit (I know, not their fault I can't locate it. Probably because we had to exchange the literally crooked frame trailer we bought). No one in Admin answers or returns my calls. Did talk to Sales (they always answer) and they were kind enough to take a message. But I never heard back. They don't seem to care at all. Silence means get lost as far as I'm concerned. Lost a customer.
