Signed up for email notifications for what mail will be delivered daily. Not uncommon to be missing pieces of mail that are pictured or not get the mail that day. Certified mail is a nightmare. Even with scanning the qr code and setting up delivery date and even putting that the slip is signed and attached to the front door and they never redelivered it... also had packages put in the newspaper box instead of our porch.

Just had a delightful experience here … only needed a simple mailing … loved the friendly and helpful service from Cherokee. I don’t live in Gervais, but pass through town weekly and often make it a habit to use this small town post office.

Ridiculous how little access you have to the front office here for pickup mail or shipping. Closed on weekends, closed everyday before 5, and then a 1 hour break between 1-2. If that wasn't enough, some of our residential adresses here in Gervais rejects mail so the post office is our only option. This needs to be addressed as most of us have jobs and are limited to when we can access our mail througout the day

Best customer service of any post office I've been to. Very friendly, helpful and insightful. They always send stuff out quickly as well.

The post office is fine. Google has the address wrong. It is 380 DOUGLAS AVE GERVAIS, OR 97026-7026. This post office is not in Ansley Nebraska 68814. Seriously Google? How did you get the address of a POST OFFICE wrong by that much?
