Took my GMC 1500 Sierra Imports first service. Went to pick it up a couple days later the paperwork stated that everything was done and completed including some warranty issues but notice the DEF tank was empty. When I got home I checked the oil and it hasn't been touched. Had a good conversation with one of the service providers there and she said they will be picking it up this coming Monday do everything it needs to be done and delivering it back here which is about an hour away.

The Auto Town staff made my truck buying purchase there a pleasant experience. There was no pressure, no games, a great price and total costumer service.
I would shop and do business there again should the need for a new vehicle come to pass.

As usual, my experience was awesome. I told them I would be waiting there while my truck was being serviced. They told me the best time to come. They said it would be around an hour and fifteen minutes. Fifty minutes later I was on the road. Great people, great service.

I had the opportunity to work with Javier (I believe that was his name). I bought a BMW x5. The process was pretty quick. He did a great job walking us through the process and explaining everything in honesty and detail. Really recommend this company.
