Took in a rare shirt for alterations, they made it about 4 inches shorter than shirt is supposed to be. It's like they pinned it and then the pins fell out and they just guessed. And $52 for an alteration and one piece dry clean?
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. AND THE SERVICE IS POOR.
If they'd have made my alteration okay, I still wouldn't go back. But I wouldn't have left this review.

I have taken my alterations here for quite some time but the charges are going up and the quality is not worth the mistakes, so now I drive to SW Morrison to DZ Alterations for top quality professional alterations where you try things on & they mark things accordingly. They charge less so the drive is worth it! They’re in demand so go a couple weeks out but so worth it. As for cleaning, Gladstone needs a new dry cleaning business. One who’s not burned out. It’s a shame bc these are the nicest ppl too.

Tonka did an amazing job with alterations for my formal dress. She even added a few additional hooks and eye closures and lingerie straps for the shoulders. It is beautifully done and I will be confident at my daughter's wedding.

Normally, it’s a great business but the last two times I have gone there they have shut down during the hours noted on the door that they should be open.Service: Laundry wash & fold

Bright Cleaners prices are reasonable, counter help is friendly, quality of the work is fine and the turnaround time is great. Parking is right out front. All really good! Well worth seeking them out if you are in the Gladstone area.

I used them for almost 5 years now, but recently changed to another cleaners in Oregon City. Nice people, but attention to details is noticeably getting worse. Owner seems tired of his job, which I can understand. Last shirt was left with burn marks. I don’t iron these at all…only use a steam wand but after last dry clean had these issues. Other minor things occurring as well, so just decided to move on.

Super friendly, shirts were washed, starched, and pressed, as requested. It takes a couple days as they send out dress shirts for wash and press or charge almost $10/ shirt.

I love having a drycleaner in the neighborhood. I've used this place 3 or 4 times. They provide everything you'd expect from a drycleaner: prompt service, quality cleaning, friendly help at the counter, and fair prices (this service is pretty-well commoditized so everybody charges about the same give or take 20%).

Got my suit back with a tear on the collar and the zipper on the pants detached.The owner said he never has accidents, but the suit was fine when I turned it in.
